Reaa3D is obliged to remove violating products from the site. To enable this, we have put in place an Infringement Verification process through which intellectual property owners can effortlessly report listings that infringe on their rights. It is Reaa3D's concern to make sure that infringing products are eliminated from the site since they tend to deteriorate the Buyer and Seller trust.
Our Policy
Reaa3D honors third-party Intellectual Property rights and energetically assists in the protection of all third-party Intellectual Property comprising Copyrights and Trademarks (“IP”). It is our policy to rapidly acknowledge apparent notices of alleged IP infringement.
If we obtain decent notification of IP infringement, our feedback to such notices will comprise getting rid of or destroying permits for material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.
How to report a listing:
If you believe that your IP right has been violated by any of our sellers, you may follow the process mentioned below:
We first expect the Intellectual Property right owner or authorized agent to submit the following details and email them to service@reaa3d.com The email should include these pieces of information.
(a) Identification or inscription of the copyrighted work/ trademark that has been violated.
(b) Clear identification or description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on www.reaa3d.com with sufficient details. Product ID/website links of infringing products (in case of copyright infringement)
(c) Your address, phone number, and email address.
(d) A statement given by you stating that you believe that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
(e) Another statement mentioning that the evidence in your notice is precise and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property holder's behalf.
